We’ll guide you from start to finish with our 7 step process:

Initial Consultation-
Upon reaching out to us, we will collect some basic info about you, your project needs and schedule an estimate.

Project Site Visit-
We will have an estimator meet you at your project location at your scheduled time. From there, we will complete a job information sheet, take measurements, pictures, make recommendations and thoroughly go over your project in detail.

Material Selection-
At this point, you will need to make all the necessary material selections applicable to your project, such as:

  • Roof Material & Color
  • Siding
  • Doors
  • Windows
  • Flooring
  • Cabinets
  • Countertops

  • Estimate-
    Once we have all the project information and materials selected, we will complete a project take off and get you our lowest price estimate as soon as possible.

    In this stage, we’ll set up a meeting to go over our contract, collect down payment, apply for and receive any and all required permits, set up the draw schedule and schedule the project.

    In this phase we will handle all aspects of the project from the site prep to the certificate of occupancy. Just sit back and enjoy!

    After completing your project, we’ll conduct a walk through together to ensure all aspects of the project are up to your standards. Once everything is good to go, we’ll collect final payment and issue you your closing packet, if applicable.
